The deal, in short.

What you get

A licence to install and run the Nonstall desktop application on machines you use, for work or otherwise, at no cost. The licence is non-exclusive and revocable, and it does not transfer ownership of the software.

What you bring

Your own AI subscription or API key, and your own accounts in the tools you connect. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and for the charges your AI vendor bills you. We add no markup, because the tokens are never ours to bill.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense or rent the application.
• Remove or obscure the notices that identify it.
• Use it to access an account you are not authorised to access, or to work around a permission your employer or a vendor has set.

No warranty

The application is provided as it is. It reads live systems and summarises them, and a summary can be incomplete or wrong — so it is a tool for deciding, not a system of record. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Changes and ending it

You end this by uninstalling; the index goes with it. We may change these terms as the product changes, and material changes will be dated on this page.
